Access to state-of-the-art fitness equipment (including Keiser, Exxentric flywheels, Aqua Bags, Swiss bars, safety squat bars, pendulum squats).
Memberships offering 24/7 access to our facilities.
Personal Training programs tailored to individual goals.
Expert Coaching Programs (e.g., Expert and Advanced Body Chemist) including personalized plans and nutritional guidance.
Performance Training and Functional Training programs.
Premium Amenities such as red light therapy, infrared therapy, hydrogen therapy, and personalized bodywork.
Specialized training zones and innovative training spaces.
3. Membership and Access
Eligibility: Membership eligibility requirements may apply (e.g., age restrictions, health disclosures).
Membership Types: Various membership options may be available, each with specific terms, durations, and fees.
24/7 Access: Members with 24/7 access privileges must adhere to all facility rules and security protocols, especially during unstaffed hours. Misuse of access may result in termination.

4. Personal Training and Coaching Programs
Personal training and coaching sessions are subject to separate agreements and scheduling policies.

5. Use of Equipment and Facilities
You agree to use all equipment and facilities properly and safely, following any posted instructions or guidance from staff.
Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment to staff immediately.
You are responsible for using appropriate safety precautions during exercise.
6. Premium Amenities and Therapies
Use of amenities like red light therapy, infrared therapy, hydrogen therapy, and bodywork is at your own risk.
These therapies are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult with a healthcare professional regarding any health concerns before using these services.
Follow all instructions provided for the safe use of these amenities.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Services or the experience of other members.
Violate any safety rules or staff instructions.
Engage in harassment, threatening behavior, or vandalism.
8. Fees and Payments
You agree to pay all applicable fees for memberships, training, and other Services as outlined in your membership agreement or service contract.

Waiver and Release: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge PrimeTime Performance, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, rights, actions, causes of action, or lawsuits resulting from or arising out of any accident, injury (including death), loss, or damage to person or property related to your use of the Services, facilities, or equipment, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall PrimeTime Performance be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the three months preceding the claim.
